Here’s a glimpse of what a day in your life could look like – as an Active Nomad.

5:30 am

Sunrise run or sleep in

Totally your call. This is optional for guests who want to jumpstart the day with a boost or are simply looking for a beautiful way to catch the morning sun.

6:15 am

Grounding/ Earthing and Breathwork

Activate your parasympathetic nervous system with controlled deep breathing and connect with the earth’s electrons to regulate your body in the morning.

7:30 am

Rise & Shine

Hydrate, take your gut shot, drink coffee – it’s go time! Every single detail of the day is planned for you so just bring good energy. The Active Nomads Team is up early with your lemon water, gut shots, light snacks and whatever you need to keep you energized!

8:00 am

On your mats for morning flow

Whether you’re an advanced practitioner or just trying Yoga, we’re here to make your journey amazing.We have a renowned instructor who is celebrated as one of Africa’s best yoga instructors, particularly for beginners, thanks to her patient and approachable teaching style.

Can you keep up? Don’t worry, our trainers are beginner friendly too and here to help you at your pace. Our trainers customize fitness routines to cater to each participant’s fitness levels – from beginner to Pros. Be prepared to have the best time of your life breaking a sweat.

Brunch everyday

(Healthy and delicious)

Time to refuel. Enjoy a complete selection of delicious nutrient-dense foods to keep your energy levels high so you’re always ready for the next adventure. Life as an Active Nomad is always a 5 star experience.

Free time, massages and spa treatments

We told you! We are not a bootcamp. We’re here for a good time. Fancy a professional massage by the beach? A nap? A stroll to explore the city? It’s your world, we just live in it.

1:30 pm

A light lunch to keep you nourished while indulging your taste buds. Every meal at an Active Nomad retreat is carefully curated to be nutrient dense, healthy and absolutely delicious. You will definitely ask for our recipes.

3:30 pm

Adventure

ATV followed by a short beginner friendly 30 minute hike and a gorgeous sunset meditation on the hill.

7:00 pm

BBQ, games and karaoke
